Their full name was Renter’s Legal Liability after all. Confusing acronyms, messy product offerings, and an unfriendly and corporate brand feel. After research told us that their small team atmosphere and human forward customer service was the organization’s greatest asset we simplified their product offering and rebranded the company with a friendly and personality forward face (and a literal face in the logo) that puts their people front and center, preparing and propelling them to growth and new marketing initiatives.
